EXCHANGE + RETURN POLICIES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges (with a few limitations). Please refer to the guidelines below to determine whether your purchase qualifies for a return and/or exchange. Once guidelines are reviewed proceed to email us to start a return/exchange.

Return Guidelines:

  • Please refer to our return policy before sending items back as we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping of ineligible items.

  • Our return policy is limited to 14 days within purchase in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, the return/exchange will not be honored.

  • To be eligible for return/exchange, applicable items must be unworn/unused with original tags.

  • All “Marked Down” items and “Sale” items are FINAL SALE and not applicable for return and/or exchange.

  • Please refer to our sizing chart prior to purchasing SALE items. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once order has been processed.

 Submitting A Return/ Exchange:

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as was purchased. 
  • Your order must be within our 14-day period.
  • Please send us an email to: shopsimplylittles@gmail.com to further assist you in the return process. All returns/exchanges will be done in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you are looking to exchange for a different size please contact us so we can help with that process.
